Release of major versions of Abacre Point of Sale products

The list of changes:

* Feature: added support Transfer Slips. Use transfer slips if you
have more than one stock location. Read more.
* Feature: added Stock Locations table on menu Configuration - Items -
Inventory tab to see on hand stock quantities for each stock location.
* Feature: added support of Price Levels. Read more.
* Feature: added new bill configuration parameter: {$itemcode} to print
item's code on invoices.
* Feature: Added new security roles: Show Make Deposit button.
* Improvement: pressing Enter button on Choose Item's Quantity window
reacts like OK button.
* Bug fixed: Table No was displayed instead of Order No on Clients -
Orders tab.
* Bug fixed: when using several configuration files the property name
and some other parameters were still loaded from default configuration
file.

For Abacre Hotel Management System:
* Feature: Added Payment Name column on Orders window.
* Feature: Added total line on Folio List report.
* Feature: Added Payment Name column on Folio List report.
* Feature: Added Check Out Date column on Folio List report.
* Feature: Added new parameters for folio template: {$respono} and
{$respodate} to print reservation's PO Number and PO Date.
* Feature: Added new security roles: Show Check In button, Show Check
Out button, Show Room Discount and Show Price Type.
* Feature: Added new security role: Disable Stay editing. This option
must be checked for working which have "view only" permissions for
stays.
* Feature: Added Folio No column on Account tab of Client window.
* Improvement: on Room Calendar window the table's header is sticky to
the top when scrolling the calendar down.

For Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale:
* Bug fixed: not whole Tables Plan area was colored on large screens.
