If your pole is connected directly to computer by COM port (RS-232 cable) then try the following procedure:
- Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Cash Drawer and Pole
- Check Use Pole option.
- Select Pole connection method: Direct connection via COM port
- Select the right COM port.
- Press OK.
- Restart the program.
- Try to create new order or take payment. You should see message on pole.
If it does not work then:
- Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Cash Drawer and Pole
- Choose another Command format.
- Restart and try to create new order or take payment.
