Release of major versions of Abacre Point of Sale products

The list of changes:

* Feature: added Total column on Order window for list of ordered items.
* Feature: added new option "Forbid duplicate items on import" located on menu Configuration - Preferences - Items. When the option is checked then items with the same name, code or barcode are is created again in database. Instead only price, on hand cost and quantity are updated for such items.
* Feature: added new option "Barcode has Check Digit".
* Feature: added new option "Show Property Name" on menu Configuration - Preferences - Reports.
* Feature: added support of using bill's templates when using fiscal mode in Fiji.
* Improvement: "use tax" options are correctly imported now on menu Configuration - Items - Import Items button.
* Improvement: added an automatic scrolling of the list of ordered items on Order window.
* Improvement: when importing items on Items window sales location names are not case sensitive now.
* Improvement: Taxes by Day and Collected Sales Tax reports are displayed now without overlapping.
* Improvement: in Fiji fiscal mode END OF FISCAL INVOICE is printed after QR code.
* Improvement: in Fiji fiscal mode it's possible to use now payment tags.
* Bug fixed: error message was shown when clicking on Avg On Hand Cost column on Physical Inventory window.
