Release of major versions of Abacre Point of Sale products

The list of changes:

* Feature: added new actions on Task window: Move Top and Move Bottom to move selected task to top or bottom of the task list.
* Feature: added Backup Folder parameter on menu Configuration - Preferences - End of Day.
* Feature: added Backup file name template parameter on menu Configuration - Preferences - End of Day.
* Feature: added new parameter Logo Scale Factor on menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters. Now it's possible to scale logo on receipts or notifications.
* Improvement: property logo is correctly scaled on main toolbar and on menu Configuration - Property Settings - General.
* Improvement: implemented more accurate text printing in respect to logo position on a receipt.
* Improvement: About window now maybe close by pressing Escape button.
* Bug fixed: Stretch Logo parameter located on menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters sometimes was saved incorrectly.
