How to display total on bills in second currency

Sometimes restaurants use local currency for menus. But most customers pay in second currency, for example, in USD. Therefore it's useful to display on bills totals in both currency: local and USD (we call it a second currency).

Here is the way to make the right configuration for it:

1. go to menu Configuration - Property Settings - General.
2. setup second currency sign (USD in our example) and exchange rate.
3. then go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Template
4. add <total2> on new line somewhere after <total> line.
