End of day

I have searched all forums and found multiple questions about open check issues when there are none. I cannot run an end of day because of this problem. I want to purchase this program but I need it to work properly to run the restaurants pos. Please help me resolve this issue so I can purchase this program I really like it and it seems very functional. How can I get rid of the open check problem?

Put all files located in the folder
\My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 3
into zip archive and send it to support@abacre

Also try to go to Orders window and use filter to show only open
orders.
