I have a parallelled Samsung SRP-275 printer on my POS computer. I also have another Samsung SRP-275 printer on the serial port of my POS computer.
I want to use the serial printer as a notification printer. However this notification printer function is not working with the POS software. In fact, when I try to assign the serial printer as the main bill printer, it will not work.
What's wrong?
