Deactivation help

Hi,

I have purchased the ARPS and after using it for a while, I have to reinstall Windows, but the problem is that I have not deactivate the software. After installing the software, it allows me to install but not activate the software. HELPPPPPP how can I get the deactivation key. again HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!
