Release of minor versions of classical Abacre Point of Sale products

The list of changes:

* Feature: added new option Show New Order button located on menu Configuration - Preferences - Order - Order Buttons. This option controls visibility of New Order button located at the bottom of Order window.
* Feature: added new option Use API Server on menu Configuration - Preferences - General.
* Feature: added {$printonbillprinter} parameter for deposit templates. Put this parameter into any place and the deposit will be printed on bill printer instead of invoice A4/Letter printer.
* Feature: for bill's templates it's possible now to customize item categories using {$itemcats}{$/itemcats} parameters.
* Feature: added a possibility to run multiple instances of the program by putting minst.txt file into the same folder where program's executable file is located.
* Improvement: increased size of note field to 255 chars on Task window for tracking task's execution time.
