I understand that the software backs up on its own. But how do I make a backup copy on a CD? And how do I restore the system from the CD if my computer crash? I would like to restore the software the exact same way it was before the crash sales, customers, items and etc.

Everything is saved in couple configuration and database files. So you may simply backup the the whole folder:
\My Documents\Abacre Retail Point of Sale 2\
These database and configuration files are located in this folder.

OK thanks so to recover the software I would simply download the software again and delete this new folder and replace it with the folder I have backed up?
