Right now you cannot use ARPOS with Arabic code because it requires Unicode.
Other users already asked about Arabic support. Read about it
here.
The problem is now that ARPOS has been developed using Delphi (programming environment) and vendor of Delphi still does not support Unicode. The vendor promised to release Delphi with Unicode support in autumn. So we will be able to implement Arabic support right after that.

Do you mean you translated language file (lng) to get the results as on screenshot?
Could you please try the following:
Go to menu Configuration - Menu Items
and then give Arabic names for some menu items. Do you see these items after that on New Order window?

Yes the items name in the new order windows are in arabic. Look at the picture :
But i can not change the property setting in arabic, like currency Sign and the name of restaurant...
