Problem with order

Worker John make an order, then logout.Then worker Smith login and first appear John's order, where Smith can modify oredr.So, it is not ok because I dont want workers can modify orders that are not owns. Is anything I can do when a worker login to make that he will not see the last order introduced by another worker ?
