Cash drawer command

Hi Roman,thank you for your help.
I tries the command, but new problem occurs. When I click close order then click open cash drawer. It is said "printer not found"? what's problem?

it's Hexadecimal format.
This command is used by most of the cash drawers.
You may need to restart ARPOS after that.

What is selected on Details window for your cash drawer?
Which drivers do you use for bill printer (OPOS or Windows drivers)?

Hi Roman,
I am using the command for Hexadecimal.And I am using OPOS.
Before I install cash drawer, printer works well.But if I click "cash drawers", when i close the order, it shows: Printer not found.

support@abacre.com
Does your cash drawer supports OPOS drivers?
Can you also send manual of your cash drawer to
support@abacre.com?

i too am having this same problem, i have everything else working fine except cash drawer, unfortunately i do not have a manual with mine or key but the drawer is pos complient....
