I purchased a M-S Model EP-125KSI cash drawer that connects to the serial port. It only opens on every other order or when i press the open button two times (the open button located in the Bill Configuration, Cash Drawer and Pole section). Is this a known problem and is there an easy fix?

In main menu - Configuration - Bill Configuration - Cash Drawer and
Pole - press Details button.
So which options is used "OPOS Driver" or "Direct connection via COM
port"?

I actually figured it out. I just enabled any signal from the serial port to trigger the cash register to open. Everything is fine now.
