LICENCE REFOUND and TIPS PROBLEM

to whom may concern: i payd a licence, i am usign the software, but i have a problem with service charge, i send and e-mail to support, and i even wrote in the forum, and nobody is even trying to help me. i would like either someone to help me or the money refound ASAP.

I also have similar issues.
I have e-mailed support@ , sent PM's here and have unanswered posts in this forum.
It really is ridiculous as these problems affect our businesses.

still no answer.
I really would like someone to show their face. If ther is no solution i would like my money back so I can study ASAP other options.
