The Quebec government has indicated that starting from Nov 2010, all POS will need to have a MEV box between the POS and the printer. This will insure that all transactions will be recorded in the MEV box. This will mean that ABACRE POS will push data in a specific format to the MEV box and the MEV box will be printing the order.
