Notification Printers doesn't show Line Item Qty for Kitchen

I've tried to setup parameter for the Notification Printer to show quantity ordered per line but it only print the item name only. For example, item A for quantity of 2, it only print item A with no quantity.
Can you help. I have professional license version 2.4.7.

You should try the latest version 4.3. Your version is very old.
Usually you have to go to menu Configuration - Notification Printers - Options - Parameters
usually you should check "Show Quantity" option.

What is the cost to upgrade to latest version 4.3?
