Is there a way to have in the same bill, the same item with 2 different prices. Several times I have the need of using two different prices for the same item, but the program is grouping them in one line.

Yes. It's possible to have two and more the same items with different prices.
Go to menu Configuration - Preferences - Order.
Uncheck the option "Group the same items when adding to order".
