5Mb log file size message

running ala as a scheduled task on W2k3 server.
analysing daily ncsa logs and everything works fine until one of the log folders containing the log files reaches 5Mb or more, then we get a popup asking if we want to do approximate analysis.
ala is scheduled to run every hour but if the log size gets bigger then 5Mb the scheduled job times out because the automated job cannot select "yes" or "no" at the popup window.
is there a way to avoid this?

When you see this message there is
"Don't show me again this message" option. So check this option.

I selected this a few times already, but when the scheduled task starts it is empty again when the popup windows appears.
