Bill Configuration Issue

Greetings, kindly be informed that, Now i have issue with the receipt
I don't want to use the HTML in bill configuration i use another alternative print and i want to use client information and
I have long item name so i want to write all name in two lines

Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters.
Check the option: "Put long item names on second line".
Press OK.
Restart the program.
So long item names will be printed in two lines.
