Printer Issue (Please Help!)

Got the generic printer driver install and test print works. When I go to cash out a sale I get "Access violation at address 00823FAE in module "artpos.exe" Read of address 000000000". , no printing or cash drawer open. Please help.

Need some more info? Is this printer connected directly to your computer or networked? have you adjusted the printer settings in abacre ? If so, what did you do?
