Where to enter Serial Number

I am sorry if I missed it somewhere, but if I choose the - Menu - Configuration - Item - Inventory and select Serialized. This means that the Item needs serial number. So where is menu / table to configure serial numbers of the inventory.

Serial number will be asked at the moment of purchase (receive voucher)
or when you sell item.
