I have a problem in a certain menu items ( sales) each time i open configuration - menu items and while scrolling items once i reach those certain items it hang the program ., i want to delete those items but can't not even reach them on the menu items without hanging. any other way to delete those items ?

You should do menu Help - Backup and send us the created backup file for analysis. It's something with your configuration.
