I am trying the program to decide if it will work for our 3 resturant/pizzaria's
The main problem I am having is, when I print to the 2 different notification printers the paper does not feed far enough so i have to hit the "feed" button. This take time from both the cooks and prep peole, is there a way to set it to feed more paper?
It depends on the following:
Do you use Windows or OPOS drivers?
In fact one common solution is to add more empty lines to template.
Go to menu Configuration - Notification Printers.
Select a printer.
Press Options button.
On Template tab add 2-4 empty lines at the end of template.
At the end you may add dot (.) or any other char.
