How do you eliminate the sample data? Want to get rid of the sample orders to begin using program with new orders.

I can not log into the program with the "admin" and "111111" default; Keep getting the "User Name Incorrect" error messgage. I did not set up any new users or admin password.

Is there a database of icons available to customize the program to your own menu? Can users post icons they are presently using?
