Between random paragraphs in our Word documents are often 2-10 blank lines/carraige returns, which cause big empty gaps between paragraphs.
How can I set it up to replace these lines so only the standard 1 blank lines appear between paragraphs at most.

Replace a Font Type in MS Word documents
Wondering if it's possible to replace a Font used in MS Word?
Some of my MS Word documents have 2-3 different fonts in them. I would like to update them all to use the same 1 consistent font.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
