I cant tell if AFR is running. When I look at the windows task manager, the processes tab, is shows in the CPU column that 99% of the CPU is devoted to a process called "system idle".
Has AFR stopped?

What kind of tasks do you do with AFR? On which type of files?
Normally AFR is running and you have to wait when the task will be completed. It cannot stop running.
