Find and Replace Excel 2003

I'm using AFR 5.0 to replace some text in Excel 2003 files. It works, but as the program is searching for the files with the to-be-replaced text, I get a dialogue window stating that "A file named 'Whatever the file name is' already exists in this location. Do you want to replace it?" multiple times, each time requiring a response. Normally, the file doesn't have the text I'm looking for. I have the "confirm before replacing" box unchecked. It's slowing me down quite a bit... does anyone know how to make this dialogue not appear?
