HI I´D LIKE TO KNOW:
1) HOW TO REFUND JUST ONE ITEM FROM ORDER NR 2034(EXAMPLE) AFTER CLOSING ORDER AND
2) HOW TO REFUND THE WHOLE ORDER NO 2034 (AS EXAMPLE).

I do not believe you can open the check back up and delete the order or item... Maybe I am wrong but I dont see how you can do it..I will check and if successfully will post a response.

"The order was already closed. In this case in Refund Item dialog you should type order number mentioned on the bill. And select menu item for refund."
