File marked as Read-only or is already opened by another program

If you have the message:

Can not access to file file name. because it is marked as Read-only or is already opened by another program.

Then, in Windows Explorer right-click on the file and remove Read-only attribute. Or search for program that also uses this file (for ex. Word, Excel, HTML Editor) and close this program.
